![]() Frequently Asked Questions Inside the pages of our FAQs you will find answers to the most common questions about the materials we use, how the systems and components work, tips on construction and finishing, and much more. PLEASE refer to these documents before sending a question to our tech support.
Nearly everyone who asks a tech
question and is referred back to the FAQ for the answer from our Tech Support says,
"Wow...I never expected that kind of detail to be in an FAQ", so
please DO look in the FAQ before sending a question. About 90% of the time your
answer will be covered there in detail.
We have broken down
our Complete FAQ document into "Mini-FAQs" that contain information
pertinent only to the component or system in question. For example, if you have
a question about nosecones, you will likely find the answer in the PML
Nosecones FAQ. The Mini-FAQs are available on the page that covers that
system in the webstore. For example, you'll find a link to click on to see the PML
Nosecones FAQ on the Nosecones page of the webstore.
All the Mini-FAQs have been rolled together into one master document called the PML Complete FAQ. We have done this as some customers prefer to have the whole thing in one place for easy reference or to print and read at their leisure. It also has a very handy "clickable" Table of Contents on the left-hand side you can use to quickly find and go to the information you need in the document. We recommend the Complete FAQ as the best single way to get the information.
Public Missiles' FAQ document is made available to you in the Adobe Acrobat
Portable Document Format (.pdf). We make them available to you in this
format because the document can be viewed or printed either online or
offline, using your monitor and your printer, regardless of the type of
computer or operating system you use.
Prefer to download and view the FAQs offline? Simple. Right click
a link and choose to save the link as a file on your hard drive. You will still need Adobe Reader to read it
offline; use the link below to get the free Adobe
Acrobat Reader.
Below are all of the Mini-FAQs for your convenience should you want them individually. Each Mini-FAQ is also available on it's respective page in the webstore.
Below is a "white paper" by Robert Briody of G-Wiz Partners (makers of the PML AccuFire Staging Timer) on the current consumption of various igniters.
